Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the workplace results directly in the improvement of performance, profits, and productivity. This is because members of the workforce in establishments are able to "devote" their intelligence, energy, and company's paid time for "dedicated work/service/contribution" without anyone getting distracted or distracting others by causing anxieties.

Why do we tend to forget to take note that Sexual Harassment is a violation of the fundamental right of women to life with dignity as guaranteed by the Constitution of India and categorically enshrined in the Preamble of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013, which covers every workplace in India, including our dwelling place, all institutions, all establishments, all premises under the supervision, management, and control of every employer.

Every woman in India now has access to the e-Portal SHe-Box to register, lodge, and submit her complaint online, which shall be forwarded for necessary further action and redressal by the respective Internal Committees and/or the Local Committees, as the case may be.
