Hi,

I worked for a company as a customer associate in a banking process for 8 months. Suddenly, I left the company without any intimation due to a family emergency, so I was unable to submit my resignation within the given period. As a result, I have not received any communication indicating that I have been terminated from the company. Instead, I received a full and final settlement email requesting a payment of 2,564 INR.

I am now wondering if I will be able to receive an experience cum relieving letter from the company, considering it has been 45 days since my last working day. I have a job opportunity with another reputable company that requires this letter for submission. I hope for a positive response.

If you believe you can assist me, please feel free to reach out via email at wilson.wilson.a99@gmail.com.

Thank you.

You could have dropped a one-line email from almost anywhere in India. Now the company has terminated your services, and you were not relieved. So you can't ask for a relieving letter. If you ask for a service certificate (experience letter as mentioned by you), the cause of separation will be mentioned as termination. What will you do with such a certificate? You seem to have lost much, but all for that one-line email.

Dear Wilson,

Please contact your company's HR department and inquire whether making the payment of dues will result in receiving the letter of relieving. How did you find out that you have been terminated? Was it stated in the email you received?
