Top and Senior Level Operational Managers - To acquire additional skills in leadership, organizational behavior, conflict management, managing groups and teams, effective communication, motivation, building organizational structures, dealing with change, and so on.
Senior Supervisors - To enhance the skills and knowledge of existing senior supervisors and equip them to acquire managerial skills that include planning and organizing, team leadership, motivation, delegation, decision making, and so on.
Companies/individuals interested in imparting the above training may send in their interest with their profile and past similar experience, preferably in the construction industry.
