Dear Mandarc,
I must congratulate you for choosing such a wonderful topic for your academic project. This has also made me a little surprised as well, since the word "sustainability" imposes certain socioeconomic obligations onto entrepreneurship, which in turn brings in social justice while offering employment leading to "employment equilibrium".
I, however, doubt if a business could possibly be aligned to such an environment. It would surely require a perfect match between how the entrepreneur perceives the business and employees taking up ownership of works delivered. The scenario seems more academic than commercial, like "same pay for the same work done" or "same treatment for all employees". We thus reach the "usability" phase.
My time is up at this moment, and I promise to return back to this topic.

I am back. By the way, have you seen a TV commercial of TISCO called "Ispat vi hum banate hye?" It says the company promotes sports, supports regional culture, takes part in child and women development, uplifts Indian dance and music, community upliftment, health service, children and adult education, helps Adibasi folks who happen to be the original inhabitants of Jamshedpur, and manufactures steel as well.
This is about sustainable and usable HR policies in an organization. It requires a vision to see employees as a society and help them live a decent life, not allowing them to ever feel office responsibilities as a burden. This brings in "Employee Involvement" and "Employee Engagement," thereby binding staff emotionally with the company and its business.
I hope you got your reply, my learned friend.

Dear Soumitra,
First of all, thank you for your appreciation of the topic I have chosen and for your valuable contribution. Your suggestion is really going to help me, I assure. I will definitely consider the points you have mentioned, e.g., "same treatment to employees and same pay for the same work done," which will definitely provide me with some insights. As you mentioned, I will go through the TV commercial of Tisco.
Regarding sustainability, I have considered CSR activities that will cover various topics like regional culture, child and women development, health services, etc. The company has introduced a new CSR policy.
Thank you again for your support.
Best regards,
