I am working in an education organisation from past 2 months. I do not wish to continue in this organisation as this job is affecting my health badly. The person under whom I work thinks that once he hires someone, he thinks that they are his slaves. He calls at odd hours and many other things. I am ready to give up my month's pay as I am still on probation period, instead of giving a month's notice. Also at the same time I am getting an opportunity in the other education organisation which a competitor of the current organisation. Please suggest what consequences can I face if I give my resignation with immediate effect and join the competitor

If you resign without notice pay and with immediate effect against the terms of your employment, then the company can recover the amount of notice at max.
However, if you require relieving letter/ experience certificate, then the current employment may create issue.

Dear MAM,
Nice to see that you have job in hand . This means you have learnt here and now profile is better on demand.
Just tender a resignation letter without attracting anybody's attention , thank all ur colleagues and management requesting to relieve on or before your 30th day.Take it easy and behave as a matured professional. You note all good things being it your first experience.Best wishes,
RDS Yadav
