I needed some good training activities that can be conducted for any group of employees. The duration should range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. The activity should be very learning-oriented and motivational, catering to any module such as time management, motivational training, or team management training, etc.
It would be great if anyone could help me by sending tips or a sheet of activities.
