I am working in a company from 1 year.the company has 3 months notice period but due to my personal reason I am not able to serve 3 months. I have already served 1 month and I am not absconding. the 1 month notice is mentioned in my resignation mail as well. Can the company send me absconding letters after my last working day? Also can they stop my relieving letter. My salary for 1 month is already stopped by the company .

If 'You have mentioned to serve 1 month inresignation, whereas the contract/appointment letter says-3 months, that does not serve the purpose. It is the Employer who needs to accept your resignation and give you the notice period to be served(which can be 0 to 90 days). Yes, they can stop you salary and adjust against your notice period. Providing Relieving letter is at the discretion of the organisation, which needs to be mutually discussed with the HR/Employer.
Cite your personal reasons to the HR, if they're really genuine and serious, they will relieve you smoothly with relieving documents.
