I am working as HR executive in a medium size IT company in Bangalore.
We are looking to revise our probation period from 3 months to may be 6 months or so, but need information about what is the probation period companies are having right now.
I will be grateful if somebody can help me providing probation period of few product based IT companies so I can put forward the data to my manager.
