The Government of India has notified an incentive scheme to the employer whereby the complying organization will be able to get a refund as per the scheme provisions and upon completion of the targets defined therein. The scheme shall remain effective for the calendar year 2016 only.
This notification is also not available in the public domain or on the EPFO official website, but it is already in force. So, the EPFO should get it circulated to all complying establishments so that the UAN scheme could reach the desired level of acceptance/implementation.
