Steps to update your mobile number in an EPF account online:
Visit the EPFO e-SEWA portal.
Go to the 'manage' section and click on 'contact details' in the drop-down menu.
Click on 'change mobile number'.
Enter the new mobile number and re-enter it.
Click on 'get authorisation PIN'.
