Hi YS Reddy,
You can try in Cite HR Archives. You can also model your own policy based on an old post by our member Mr. RAGHUVARAN CHAKRAVARTHY.
QUOTE:
1.0 Policy Statement
Policy Statements inform readers of specific design limitations and what actions to take should limitations be surpassed. For example, if a storm hits a city and the amount of incoming wastewater surpasses the treatment capacity, operators can refer to a policy stating how much water can be treated and what actions to take.
2.0 Purpose
The reason for which something is done in industry/construction or created or for which something exists.
3.0 Scope
"The work that needs to be accomplished to deliver high-quality service or results with specified features and functions."
4.0 Glossary of Terms and Definitions
Part of successfully deploying project management is standardizing terminology. This glossary contains common terms used in project management to aid in standardization.
5.0 Roles and Responsibilities
The project manager must ensure clear definitions of roles and responsibilities. The organizational structure should be as simple as possible.
6.0 Procedure
An established or official way of doing something.
7.0 References
e.g., OSHA, Factory Act 1948, etc.
8.0 Appendices
If you have any attachments in your plan, you can show them as Appendix-A, Appendix-B, etc.
