HR responsibility starts with one main componant of safety triangle i.e. Persons Broadly I can say ........
AT THE TIME OF SELECTION:
-Should know local language .
-Should be medically fit.
-Preferably having working experience in relevent industry.
-Should consider age criteria
- Should be of user specified Qualification.

AT THE TIME OF JOINING Organization:

- Pre-employment Medical Checkup
- Facilate Safety Induction Training
- Provide PPEs ( Uniform & Other relevent PPE)
-Job agreement with specific safety clauses

DURING WORKING with Organization :

- Periodical Medical Checkup
- BBS trainings
- Motivate for safety activity time to time
- At the time of appriasal considertation of safety performance

AT THE TIME OF Leaving organization :

- Medical Checkup
- Exit Interview - By keeping Safety Focus
- Reliving letter - Mention safety Performance grade
