I joined an IT company about a year ago. After the joining I had to upload all the past employers documents scan copy on their website. I submitted all the documents but I didn't have the relieving letter of my last company so, uploaded a fake relieving letter however I had left the company by giving notice period & proper resignation. But, the fake letter got caught in BGV, hence I got called by the HR & they gave me a time period of a week to clear all this I asked them to call my last company & can verify that I properly left that company but they said that I have shown a fake document which is not acceptable. I couldn't do anything in a week so, I got called by the HR & they asked me to write a resignation letter stating that I want to leave the company due some personal issues. They neither terminated nor they asked me to sign any document stating that I showed something fake & did something illegal. So, I want to ask that can I re apply in that company after 1 or 2 years

Dear Friend,
Once a company interviewed and conducted written examination, you should not use rubber, blade or any other measures to correct an answer is the common condition, in that a question read like this, for answer no 14 mark none or write in the space as none without correcting, it is the right answer also if you have answered yes, better correct it in the given space by writing. However, the question was Are you writing the exam? answer is yes, no, none, space for correction you can write as none. All have done it wrong, some were written as none, some striked out. One person was so accurate, and the only one written a correct tick mark as none.
Every one selected that particular person, where as the chairman rejected. Again, a new employee selected from the list for posting whose written answer was in the space none, and the answer was not corrected.
The reason for rejection was the person corrected the answer tactfully none can find out through naked eye the correction made.
And do you want to fit in this shoes, you should not have given a fake certificate, this talks plenty about you, never go and do like this, and it is a shameful to put it here for remedy. I do not know what other view, it is not a good and worthy of your life.
Write the truth and let it be corrected ...
Let not your future become a question mark.. let you be true to yourself ....
best of luck ...

""So, I want to ask that can I re apply in that company after 1 or 2 years""
Every company has a HR policy and may record names of employees who have left under peculiar circumstances, like in your case for submitting a fake document.
Unless you check from their HR no one can give a certain answer, but I think in this case it is doubtful whether they will entertain job application again after 1 or 2 years.
This is a personal opinion.
