What is the actual date of birth entered in the service particulars ? on what basis ? What is the DOB entered in the PF records on what basis. IEither one must have proof. You decide which one is the correct based on the proof. If the variance is in PF records, submit your proof to your employer and request to forward the same by submitting revised Form V with a covering letter to the Regional EPFO for necessary changes. Any changes should be made on the prescribed forms only as prescribed under Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952.
