Hi All,

I am in the process of filing a complaint against my ex-employer for not paying my salary dues for two years. I left the company in April 2013, and I am still waiting for them to pay what they owe me. It's not just one month's salary; it's close to one lakh. I am in touch with their director on a regular basis. At first, they promised me they would clear the dues by the end of 2014, then March 2015, but still, nothing has happened from their side.

Can anyone send me the format or a sample complaint that can help me draft my case in the Labor Court? Please share your experiences and suggestions on the same.

Thanks,
Jitendra

Hello Jitendra,

Contacting an advocate who specializes in Labor Law would be better, as many case-specific legal aspects would need to be included in your petition. Additionally, I assume you have all the communication in writing. Otherwise, whatever you say wouldn't have any effect.

All the best.

Regards,
TS

I second Taj Sateesh, Legal Notice has to be send by Advocate only and if you send the Notice (Legally Drafted) by your address and signature will not carry any value to it.
