These things are not a big issue, but you should communicate your grievance to your immediate boss. If he fails to address it, you can consider looking for alternate employment where your designation and responsibilities align more closely.

Each company has the right to have its own designations for any role and responsibility. There is no law that defines the responsibilities associated with a designation. There is no point in taking this up as an issue. However, if the same organization gives you a higher designation for the responsibilities you handle, you can raise the issue during annual performance reviews if your performance is also seen as outstanding.
