Hello everybody;
I'm making HR Policy regarding employee grading system (Employee level structure). I want to know how the companies adopt the different systems to grade their employees. My company is looking to build an employee grade system where the benefits, seniority and employee level is represented so everybody is treated equally according to the structure.
Anybody have any related draft copy of policy or excel format for grade system where we can benefit from, please share with me.
Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Thanks in Advance.

If you want to adopt a grading system in your organization, the first step is to conduct a job evaluation for each position. This evaluation should include data on tasks, competencies (functional, supervisory, behavioral, technical, etc.), accountability, responsibilities, and more. Create a points system for each set of data and summarize the total points for each job to start the grading system.
