I have recently joined an IT firm as HR and want to stabalize all the HR processes. Company has started 2 yrs ago(2012). Currently the employee strength is 12. No salary structure is there in place and no deductions are being made.
Now to start the salary procedure we need to start with registering our company with PF and ESI.
My query is what is the procedure to register with PF and ESI & what are the documents required for the same?
