Am a fresher pass out.I have joined as HR Executive Tr and i don't have any superior one to guide me. I need help as this is small size Start-up company of 20 employees and i am taking care of Recruitment,Joining formalities, Payroll(manual),Attendance,data base maintenance.
Please suggest what other activity i can do as an HR.
