We as an HR come accross lot of queries ; issues which are sometime very general & sometime difficult to be answered. Latter circumstance occurrs when we don't have policies in place.
To build & maintain a hygienic system policies need to be implemented and not just implemented but also ensured by HR team that its being followed ás well.
I am herewith attaching the following policies for your reference & kind perusal:-
a) Termination policy
b) Non Performance Policy
c) Absconding Policy
d) Habitual Absences
e) Habitual late coming
However you can make necessary changes as per your company guidelines.
