I am a chartered accountant working in genpact hired from campus placement organsed by ICAI since 2.5 months.
I got a better opportunity in industry and decided to leave the company.
I have resigned from the company and agreed to buy out the notice period but the company is saying to serve the notice period of 3 months.
meanwhile I have to join other company.
As a I have not told my new employer about my previous employment and I am joining as a fresher
can I leave Genpact without serving notice period.
they are saying that they will serve me legal notice and treat me as a absconding employee.
Can my past employment status be find out in background checks where I am showing myself as a fresher and not showing any document of my past
employment.
plz help me.
