I need to close my previous company\'s PF A/C. I left the firm in 2010, but did not claim or close the account till now. When I submitted the PF forms, they asked me to submit a late declaration form along with photo proof. Kindly help me to find PF late declaration form.

As per my knowledge, Late declaration form means, you need to give request letter, which contain the reason of late claiming the PF withdrawal. as you left in 2010 & your claiming the same after 4 yrs.
As in Mumbai, mostly done by letter only,
So, kindly confirm with authority, whether am i correct or not..?
