In case of death of a PF member, then attahced forms to be submitted to the RPFC for claiming the PF amount b his/her nominee.
Along with the death certificate copy.

If an employee dies unmarried, is he required to fill out Form 10D? Also, if his nominees are all the family members left, is it mandatory to provide details of all the family members? Please clarify.

Married or unmarried is not a matter, every nominees shall apply PF pension through 10 D when the member dies. if retired person shall apply through 10 C V K Rao
