I am currently working as a US IT recruiter, but I have some opportunities to switch into domestic recruitment. At this point, I am confused about which option I should prefer.

1. US IT recruitment - Night shift :(
2. Domestic recruitment - Day shift but compromising with salary

Please help.

Well, here the important thing to consider is your priority. Would you compromise with salary for working in a normal shift and would you enjoy working in a day shift? Or is money or salary your top priority, and you can compromise on other factors if you get a higher package?
