Hi sir... i know that act will under come labour act but my doubt is that Form X will be aplicable for the which location... Bangalore or hyderabad or chennai or mumbai or gurgaon

If I am not wrong I hope that Form X is a disclosure from the resigned employe stating that their is no dues pending for him from the organization side....

Other companies abide by the employment card according to Rule 76 and Form XIV. Therefore, I would like to confirm which location Form X is followed for. I am sad to say that you still have not received a reply to your query. In Tamil Nadu, the provision of the Employment Card (Rule 76 of TN CLRA Rules, 1971) has been omitted with effect from the 3rd of August 2011. However, an Employment Card is issued on Form X in Orissa as per Rule 75 of The Orissa CLRA Rules, 1975. I am enclosing the relevant rules for your reference.
