Please help me fill in Employment Exchange Returns and Form ER1, ER2. We have to submit forms from 2011 to the present date. I am requesting you to send me an example of filled-out forms. Although I attested ER1, I could not fill it properly.

if i have 20 employee in my organization and only 4 covered under esi and rest are exempted than i should registered my orginazation under esi or not
