Please tell me, in our company, an employee's salary of 14000 is covered by ESIC benefits. Now, his salary has increased to 15500 rupees. How can he get ESIC benefits after ESIC coverage? Is there any process for the employee to receive his ESIC benefits after ESIC coverage?

Harnek, can you clarify your question about ESI benefits? If you are asking about ESI benefits after you exceed the ESI slab limit, then you can avail of its benefits for only up to 6 months. After this period, it is not possible to avail of ESI benefits or be covered under ESI.

The branch office will provide a form; fill up the form with all required data. Then, pay Rs 120/- in cash at the branch office. Subsequently, pay Rs 120/- at the branch office every year.
