Hello Monika Agarwal,
At times getting a first job gets delayed for reasons beyond our control.
To find out the answer to your question of not getting a job so far, you have
to do some home work, if others have to help you.
Please note down the questions you were asked and the answers
you gave / you could not give.
It is like our School / College days. After we come out of the exmination hall
we compare and share our answers with our classmates.
Such discussions will give us an idea of the correctness as well as an
indication of our performance in general.
A similar exrecise will have to be done now.
We may be thinking that we have done very well, till some one points out
how it could have been done better.
Once you collate the information as above, please take the details to a well wisher
who has the experience. He will guide you.
This will refine your future performances and increase your chance of doing
well as well as getting selected.
I wish to point out certain things about your posting. You have to pay attention
to the language. Write the words in full. Use capital where necessary.
Write small and complete sentences.
See what all you can do to make your posting simple, better and clear.
Wishing you good luck,
V.Raghunathan
