If you are MBA graduate then that is fine for HR Generalist position. As you have around 4 years of experience only into recruitment then I feel it is quite difficult to change you are career to other core or generalist.
Instead of doing any courses you should learn all the core modules of HR if you wanna change your career. At the same time you should keep looking for the openings.
