I have done MBA-HRM and I have 16 months of experience into US Staffing so far as a technical recruiter and I wanna move to core HR side. Can any one suggest me how can I get a job into core side and what are the things I need to learn. When I uploaded my profile into portals am getting US Staffing and domestic recruiter calls only. I would like to go HR Admin or pay roll side. please suggest me.

Then you lok for certifications in talent mangement, pay-roll and sattutory compliances etc. iam not aware whether university (Pune or Bombay) is condcuting such courses.You can try reputed training institutes in Pune or Mumbai. So afr labour mangement is concerend, Bombay university, I understand is condcuting some diploma courses in some Law colleges and there is Mahartsra Instiute of Labour Studies at Mumbai, also training in labour management issues. You can try IGNOU.
