Here is a PPT that shall enable an individual to understand the importance of commitment in Work Life.... It makes an Individual aware that by getting employed by someone it implies that someone is actually relying on them & any activity to run away from the responsibility without prior intimation or planning will hinder the employer & the Co., performance.
Which cannot be a return for the trust levied on an employee....
