I am working on the subject in order to revise the existing CTC structure. In doing so, the special allowance, which balances the CTC fitment, is a figure that is a component of Monthly Gross Salary and on which Employer ESIC Contribution is dependent. I need to work out a formula "@IF(....)" for the Special Allowance cell to complete this fitment appropriately. Please assist.
