Hi, while his ESI number will be the same, his DOJ will be whatever new joining date he joined recently and not old DOJ

Is it by default the date of actual joining coming or is the date 19/8/2022 entered by you? Typically, when an employee is registered in the system, it will prompt whether they are an existing member. If you select "Yes," then the date of joining needs to be entered manually. You can input the current date of joining. For instance, if the employee is rejoining today, you can enter 16-09-2022. If an old date appears, please escalate the issue to the ESI Technical team.
