Presently in my organisation following activity going on
For staff & workmen category we first collect information regarding competency mapping as well as training need identification form from their HOD’s
After that generate Skill Matrices by individual
We prepare training plan for that year with help of training need identification form ,according to the training plan, training faculty arranged & training conducted during training we provide training feedback form to individual take their comments as well as we kept individual employees history card and posted their training records data updated
