Allow me to introduce a Personality Testing Programme (PTP) which will help your students/aspirants to evaluate, explore, and understand the various parameters of personality. The personality test programme includes tests for Need Pattern, Communication Style, Leadership Style, Ego State Profile, and Cohesive Decision Making.
It will help the participant understand which Ego state is out of proportion and what the Adult Ego State is. What are the dominating need patterns? Whether they are a Task-oriented leader, Relationship-oriented, or a mix of both. Their communication style could be Directive, Non-Committal, Humanistic, or Participative. Are they a cohesive decision-maker?
Guess who is not interested in knowing this knowledge about themselves?
Some tests of PTP have the potential to scale down the various attributes of the participant and point out the strong as well as weak areas to focus on. Whereas some tests will just guide the dominating traits and lead them to understand behavior patterns. PTP also helps the participant justify and understand the particular behavior pattern dominating so far. Personality Development Programme (PDP) after thorough PTP is conducted, evaluated, and analyzed properly is a better approach as counseling can be more effective and fruitful after PTP.
