Hi All,
I have to make policies and procedures for a IT company of 60-70 employees. please help me. I have made Leave Policy. Please help me with other policies and procedures.

Hi Ruchi,
Could you please share something about you, i mean, something about the position you are holding there, qualification and experience.
Second, you can go to right at the page to "Related Material" where you can get the discussions on the same topic and sample of Policy & Procedures attached by members. Else can go to Search by using option "FindInfo" for the same.
Well to formulating the "Policies and Procedure" for a company /organization is not an easy job actually. It always demands a good experience, knowledge and understanding about the functions of HR to run effective work system and atmosphere in a company /organization.
You said that you already have formulated Leave Policy, a good job but still I would like to know more about you so that we can get how much experience you are so that can give you the right and appropriate direction to move ahead.

As per Delhi Government notification you have to give at least 15 earned leave & 12 casual leave i.e. first twenty days 1 earned leave in every month and national holidays also viz. 26th January, 15th August, 2nd October. and Indian festival holiday Holi, Diwali, Dushera, Raksha Bandhan and so on. it's depend on your internal company policy because your orgnisation is not an factory.
