Dear all,

Please send me a copy of the extension letter for the probation period. In my factory, I would like to extend the probation period of one technical staff member by 6 months before confirmation.

Hi,

I think the letter of extension of the probation period is a good one, but legally, it is important to refer to the clause in the letter of appointment or staff rules. In other words, no organization is legally permitted to extend the probation period unless mentioned in the terms of employment. Most of the staff rules clearly mention that the performance will be reviewed at the end of the probation period, and the organization reserves the right to extend the probation period by 3/6/indefinite period. It is important that we mention this clause in the extension letter to indicate to the employee that we are in line with the staff regulations.

I hope I haven't made it complicated. This is to be on the safe side.

Cheerio!!
