Dear Laxmi,
Generally in an organisation, CTC/12 is your monthly CTC.
40% to 50% of Monthly salary will be Basic.
50% or 40% of monthly Basic as the case may be is HRA
DA is 65% (Central Government) (63% on Bank Employee) on the Basic Pay as the case may be, % of DA it is your company policy.
TA as such there is no percentage. You can keep the component as fixed based on the need based of company.

Dear Laxmi As per PF BASIC+DA70% HRA30% Anyway, HRA SHOULD BE LESSER TO BASIC+DA. IF YOU PROVIDE CONVEYANCE OR TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE YOU MUST CONTRIBUTE PF WITH REGARDS V.SUBBARAO
