HRA is 50% of basic for Metros and 40% of basic for non-metros. (max limit) TA & DA - No standard % of basic is applicable. Pon

Dear Laxmi,
Generally in an organisation, CTC/12 is your monthly CTC.
40% to 50% of Monthly salary will be Basic.
50% or 40% of monthly Basic as the case may be is HRA
DA is 65% (Central Government) (63% on Bank Employee) on the Basic Pay as the case may be, % of DA it is your company policy.
TA as such there is no percentage. You can keep the component as fixed based on the need based of company.
