Dear sir,
I am a bit confused about the factory license. The issue is that the factory manager has resigned, and now I have to renew the license. Which form should be used to provide the information of the change of manager? Perhaps Form No. 03.
Please clear my doubt.
Thank you.

Hi,
No need to become confused. Please submit Form2 under the Factory Act and the license fee through a Treasury challan, which will be verified by the Factory Inspector/AD (I S & H) based on your manpower and sanctioned load of electricity.
However, if your factory is in Haryana, you have to upload the same on the site of the labor department.
Apply for renewal before 30th November for the next year. If you are later than 25%, it should be deposited as a late fee.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains inaccurate information. Form 2 under the Factories Act is for the application for registration and grant of a license, not for submission of a license fee. There is no mention in the original post about uploading forms on a labor department website for factories in Haryana. The information about renewal deadlines and late fees is also incorrect.
Dear Sirs, As TN IF Standard, we have to maintain Form 25- B, Could you send it to me. Regards, Balaa HR

Dear Sir/Madam,
From the Bonus Act, it can be well derived that if an employee is receiving a basic salary of Rs. 9000 per month, then in that case Rs. 3500 per month should be taken into account for the calculation of the Bonus. Therefore, the calculation of the Bonus for an employee who has worked for the entire accounting year will be: Rs. 3500 * 12 = Rs. 42000 * 8.33% = Rs. 3,500 per annum. If an employee has worked for 5 months in the last financial year, would the bonus calculation be Rs. 3500 * 5 = Rs. 17500 * 8.33% = Rs. 1458, or should it be Rs. 3500 as the minimum bonus per year.
Minimum Salary * Number of Months = Total Amount * 8.33% OR 20% as per Factory rules.
Note: If any employee is present for 20 days in any month, in this condition he/she can benefit from the bonus on 20 days, and the calculation will be Rs. 3500 / 31 * 20, bonus salary * 8.33% or 20%.

Thanks to Mr. Dinesh Divekar for correctly pointing out that the thread originated a couple of years ago, and these forms are from 2012 and earlier. I believe most of the forms need to be filled up and submitted online, for example, Form 27 Annual Return. Comments to clear up confusions by Mr. Dinesh Divekar are highly appreciated, and we thank him for the same.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The correct form to inform about the change of manager in the context of renewing the factory license is Form No. 23, not Form No. 03 as mentioned.
