Skill Metrix is the chart of the skills of employees.In skill metrix particular skills required to perform the job are defined.For e.g For an HR person,"Communication skills",For Marketing people,"negotiation skills"etc. and accordingly seniors update the chart after employees' performance.It is used to find the area where training is required.
