I need to re-structure the salary for my company. My company is a 50 employees IT services company. I need the information on how do we decide the percentage for various components in the salary structure and on what basis do we decide it?
Even it would be a great help if you could help me with the various components in the structure along with their percentage (With detail how do we decide the percentage)

Hi Pranam
There is no any particular structure for salary. Everybody prepares salary structure to reduce the Tax for employees
In normal situation
Basic will be 50% - 60% on gross
HRA will be 50% to Metro Cities and 40% for other cities
Conveyance Allowance 800/-
Medical Allowance 1250/-
and other allowances
