Hi everyone! This is Hariprasad. I am looking for a salary structure of $30,000 per month. My current company is not providing any salary slip, and they are not deducting any PF. Please help me understand.

Salary structures differ from company to company as it entirely depends on the discretion of the company. Therefore, providing you with a specific salary structure is not possible. If your company does not provide you with a salary slip, you can ask them for a salary certificate describing your current salary structure. You can also refer to your appointment letter, as generally, the appointment letter contains the salary breakdown.

However, I still wonder what details I can expect it to have since they were not deducting any PF. I asked for the reason, and they told me that they were not a private limited company. Please help me understand!

If you are particularly interested in understanding the general breakdown/structure of your salary, please use the "Find information" tab available on this site.
