If your company does not provide you with a salary slip, you can ask them for a salary certificate describing your current salary structure. You can also refer to your appointment letter, as generally, the appointment letter contains the salary breakdown.

However, I still wonder what details I can expect it to have since they were not deducting any PF. I asked for the reason, and they told me that they were not a private limited company. Please help me understand!
