Seen your enquiry about Perfomance Evaluation for Factory workers. Let me introduce my self first...Im working in HR Dept, Company based in Dubai. I had this oppurtunity and we have evaluated for the last year Jan 2011 to Dec 2011 for both Executive class employees and factory workers. In short i do have this Template or u can say the whole form. I will help u but u have to help me. That is now my GM has asked me to Restructure the whole Organization structure for my company. Total head count is 87 employees. So please help me in this regard.

Seems like you are trading information based on your requirements.
Regarding your GM's requirement, did you had discussions with him seeking his inputs/ideas? If NO, please schedule your appoint with respective agenda.
Your GM must reveal the reason/BUSINESS OBJECTIVES/purpose associated with expected outcome for organisation's restructuring else its difficult for you to do that.
