Dear Mulla Ghouse,

Reading your message in Hindi was a challenge however, I am giving these comments based on your English version.

Getting selected as Probationary Officer in SBI is not easy. I don't know what is the market situation today, however, one time it was considered toughest exam, next only to civil services.

You have completed your Bank PO successfully. This goes on to show that you have talent.

Now at this stage, there is no going back for you. The way is only forward. Come on Mulla and work hard and prove what you are. Proving yourself would mean learning something new related to your job, doing something differently, working smartly. Whether you are trained or not it does not matter. Have you seen famous Hindi film "Lagaan"? The famous actor Amir Khan has portrayed character of "Bhuvan". Who taught Bhuvan to play cricket? But then he went ahead on his own. So do not give up because of your mistakes.

May you be regretting for putting yourself in this mess. You might be thinking why did I leave cosy job as PO? However, make it point that these thoughts have no relevance today.

Everybody passes through bad patch. I cannot even say that you are passing through bad patch because you are still employed. However, your job mistakes may put you on to this bad patch. Therefore, concentrate in your job. This concentration will come only if you devote your body soul. Devote yourself to the work Mulla and see the change. People have created miracles when they devoted to their work and you too can do it.

Ok. All the best!

Dear Mullagouse,
From the little Hindi I know and your English post, I gather that you are the only breadwinner in your house and that you left a PO job in SBI to join a software firm set up by your friend. The friend paid you a genrous salary and you continue to get paid that salary, even though the company has a new aowner/administrator.
You feel that you are not getting enough training to cope with the demands made on you, but you are trying and finding it difficult. Hence, you are upset and feel bad about leaving the secure SBI job.
