Aparently the changes would affect the mounded bullet manufacturers.

Dear Mr Abhay,
I also tried to upload the file but the system is giving same error message "Upload of file failed".
I found that this forum has got a very strong base of members and is very active. Legal updates can reach to a larger group through this forum and hence I try to keep posting HR related updates here.
