not many orgn have 'certified' courses in C & B....i have come across one though....
There is a 'Certified compensation & benefits manager' by middle earth consutants in affiliation with Carlton University of Management.(i m nt sure of university)
I have attended this course n its really gud..after the two day workshop u can opt wheter u wan go for certification in which case u ll b given an assignment and a test n based on that u ll get the certification.
the course fee is 16k with/without certification.

Thanks for your info. But there were series of mails regarding the fraud like:
1) Middle Earth Consultants is a Fraud Company - The affliation they got with Carlton Advance Management Institue in USA, there is no such institue in USA
2) The certificates are printed in india and the assessment is done with there own internal stafff
Can throw some light on the above?
