Hi,
I am working as a Payroll Specialist (North American Payroll) and have recently completed a certification program in HRM from Xavier's Institute Of Management, Bhubaneswar. I am looking forward to changing my profile and would like to apply for the position of a Compensation Analyst. Could you please provide me with details regarding the profile of a Compensation Analyst and any reference materials required to prepare for the role?
Thank you.
