Traditionally sureveys have quite a large number of questions and it is often found that the survey is either not completed by a fairly large percentage of employees or the percentage of responses is fairly low. Another important factor is which are the factors that are required to be taken up as critical factors; Not necessarily the ones with the lowest score as is normally believed.
