Friend, Ur effort is nice. But I have some question about calculation of G.P.F.of teacher. As far as goes my knowledge, the G.P.F. Calculation method is different from one State to another. like as our West Bengal Govt teacher and W.B.Govt Employees G.P.F. Calculation Method is not match with you. One Employee can deposited the G.P.F. one time in a year. but your calculation shown in 12 months deposit in different amount, who it possible. (2) the Interest is may be changed in different year but your Rate of Interest is Fixed as 8%. As per the W.B.A.G. Method for G.P.F Calculation is not match with you. Please define and please Quote the Circular No. for G.P.F.Calculation Method, so we can make out the which is correct.
Thanks

Thanks for your valuable comments .But I add something about the tropics.
This calculation is only for Govt.Aided School Teacher of West Bengal. The rate of interest is not Fixed .You can change it by putting the value i.e. 8.5 or 9.0 in K6 box. According to my knowledge the GPF Subscription along-with refund shall deposited by the Staff of a school monthly from their Pay roll.

As per my knowledge,

General Provident Fund Rules for Govt. Employees in West Bengal: After completion of one year of continuous service by an employee joining in this scheme is compulsory. In the case of Group D employees, the head of the office allots a General Provident Fund (GPF) Account number. But in the case of other groups of employees, the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal allots the GPF Account number.

For obtaining a GPF Account number, the application for the purpose in a prescribed format should be sent to the office of the Account General (A&E), West Bengal a few weeks before the completion of one year of service.

After obtaining the Account number, the subscription to the provident fund should be deducted from the pay bill. The minimum subscription is 6% of the pay. The maximum subscription does not exceed the maximum amount of pay. Pay is defined as the basic and special pay, if any.

The subscription may be increased or decreased once or twice in a year from the pay of March as per the desire of the subscriber.
