I have a query in respect of the services industry, especially regarding security agencies. If an agency has a license to operate in its state and wants to commence operations in another state, will its license be applicable, or does the agency have to obtain a fresh license for each state separately?

Hi,

Since everything is online activity, except for the fees required/Amount generated online during registrations is the actual cost. If the consultant is hired, you may have to pay his fees in addition. Based on the number of employees you show against the registration of your company, the amount payable will vary in some cases. Please refer to the websites of respective licenses for more details. Also note that some registrations are free of cost, but you have to produce all the relevant documents and even visit the concerned offices, such as service tax, PT, for example.

Also note that if your company is registered and any dues incurred, then you have to pay all the dues, fees, late fees, etc.
